To avoid having to turn our lovely customers away, we operate with a bookings only policy* to ensure everyone gets a seat and lots of space to play safely! Our sessions are 90 minutes and run at the following times: 9:30 - 11am, 11:15 - 12:45pm, and 1 - 2:30pm.

Please take a moment to read our booking policy before purchasing tickets.

All bookings are non-transferable under any circumstances. We are unable to move tickets to alternative dates, sessions, or names.

Play Sessions

Play session bookings may be refunded if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

All cancellations must be sent by email to be considered.

Special Events

Tickets for special events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes (but is not limited to) themed sessions, character visits, seasonal events, and parties. Once booked, these tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

These policies allow us to manage capacity safely, staff appropriately, and ensure the best possible experience for all families attending. Thank you for your understanding and support.
